We see support land in two areas: Projects and Support. Projects involve implementing products or services in your operations normally within one month and billable relative to the project timeline. While support includes monthly checkups or simple fixes that aren't separately billable. We structure support through annual agreements to help smooth cost spikes and keep your operations moving.
