For new customers we do a full review of your technical footprint and outline areas where we can bring you from struggling to stable. Rome wasn't built in a day, but it was built, lets take the same approach.Day one normally is planning a 1, 3, and 12 month road map. Each with there own outcomes and deliverables. Generally at the end of 1 month we want to see you the customer with very few technical road blocks and a smoother day to day. At month 3 we want to virtually have removed all roadblocks and delivered technical solutions that accelerate your operations. By month 12 we expect that this becomes a long-term support relationship that we work to avoid future issues but also not burden you with un needed upgrades or cost.

This is the most crucial but also simplest part of the engagement. You tell us your issues, we listen, and we make a road map together. In this roadmap we can set cost concerns, delivery times, and realistic expectations on both parties to keep things moving.With an list of issues to solve and a plan on cost and delivery we take a week or so to get back to you but with that time we review where you are and where your going and how to get you there with the least friction possible.
